Michael Mance

Owner & Creative Director

Michael Mance is the owner of Mance Creative, a minority-owned and operated, visual branding and graphic design agency, specializing in all forms of print and electronic media. As a first-generation Filipino-American with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and over 21 years of design experience, Michael brings a powerfully unique perspective to his design solutions.  A theatre lover himself, Michael’s clients include some of the biggest names in Southern California live theatre, local non-profits, and business firms that span the globe.


Mitch Wilson

Senior Graphic Designer & Website Developer

Mitch joined the Mance Creative team in 2007 soon after graduating with honors from the Art Institute of California at San Diego. He has natural creative graphic design talent and keeps up-to-date with the latest design trends and website technology. Mitch works closely with many of Mance Creative’s clients on a variety of projects and products, including websites, print ads, brochures, product packaging, and corporate identity. In his free time he likes to golf and spend time with his wife and son.


Edgar Guerrero

Graphic Designer

Edgar graduated from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree in Web and Multimedia Design in Spring 2016. He joined Mance Creative in 2019 as a graphic designer right after moving to San Diego from Imperial Valley, CA. Edgar assists in the production of digital and print materials for Mance Creative’s clients and provides expertise in many other areas which includes photography, film production, motion animation and more.


Mark Johansson

Graphic Designer

Mark is a highly experienced Senior Multimedia Designer with a proven track record in the design industry spanning over 15 years. Mark graduated with honors from the University of Portsmouth with a Bachelors Degree of Arts in Multimedia Design, with specialization in film, graphic, web, and video game design. In 2023, he joined Mance Creative, where he creates a wide variety of creative design solutions for a diverse range of clients. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his wife, go surfing and hiking, and runs his small family business with his dad.


Rick Annino

Programmer & Operations Manager

Rick specializes in project management, customer communications, search engine optimization, internet marketing methods, technical research, shopping cart setup and customization, development of web-based event registration systems, web-based data retrieval systems, online ordering systems. He also contributes a great deal of his time to Mance Creative’s non-profit customers as well as networking groups.
